Improve guide/control point searches.

I am having a terrible time with scanned images not being recognized as OMR forms. Resulting in "Form doesn't have sufficient control information to perform this operation" exceptions.

I have attached an example form (original and tiff), template and two filled in forms. A grey scale scan, at 300 dpi, in OCR mode, which appears to be of decent quality. And a "perfect" copy, where I saved straight to TIFF, with the boxes checked. For testing the template. The scanned form fails, the empty and perfect copy do not.

When debugging, it looks as though OmrMarkEngine.Core.Processor.ScannedImage.Analyze is finding too many blobs. It would be nice if the Template Designer would show what was being seen by the engine, rather than throwing an exception.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This issue can be closed. I found the problem and it was my fault.
